Matéo Ménoury completed his 4th year at École Nationale des Travaux Publics de l’État, in Lyon. He did an internship at the Smart Public Transport Lab from April to August 2022. His research question was “What geographic, demographic and urban features of cities influence the scale of segregation of people with a migration background in France?”. Prior to his vitist to SPTL, he did an internship at Cerema, a French public agency for developing public expertise in the fields of urban planning, regional cohesion, ecological and energetic transition. There, he evaluated the benefits of new facilities to improve safety and traffic optimisation on road and cycle path. He is expected to graduate in 2023 as a sustainable urban planning engineer, with a specialisation in transport.
